Our Replacement policy is valid only for 7 days. We would not be in a position to offer you a replacement after this time period. A product once ordered can only be CANCELLED, on the same day of placing the order.
To be eligible for a replacement, the item must be unused and in the original condition with the original packaging. We also require a receipt as proof of purchase, along with a product opening picture.
Any item which is not in its original condition, damaged or with parts missing would not be eligible for replacement.
Replacement/ Cancellation policy (if applicable)
Once the item is received and reviewed, we will send you an email to notify you about the same. We will also notify you If the replacement is approved.
A refund is applicable only if the cancelation is done on the same day of ordering. If the cancellation is approved, the refund will be processed and the amount will be credited to the original mode of payment within 7 working days. Please contact the bank if there’s a delay in getting the refund credited.

Shipping costs for the items to be replaced must be borne by the customers. The time required for completeion of replacemnet depends on the location of the customer.
